On top of the significant driver pay increases to our West Coast Service-Region pay for the 2022 Summer Peak Season, we are also making changes to our Team Driver Base Pay Rates. All of this is in addition to the 2022 Stop Pay and Detention Pay increases for Solo and Teams.
Longer-haul West Coast demand remains strong, particularly market demand for Team Required Expedited Services. We are very excited to have reviewed all of our full-time company Team Drivers and made measurable base rate increases per mile based upon experience, years of service and performance.
The collective changes to our Team Driver Base Pay, West-Coast Peak Season Service-Region Pay and Safety Pay combined will put Our Experienced Teams up to 80 cpm (40 cpm per driver); Plus, all of the additional performance based bonus pay programs including the Monthly Mileage Bonus up to 8 cpm per Team (4 cpm per driver) and Annual Mileage Bonus up to 6 cpm per Team (3 cpm per driver) on top of all the weekly activity pay levels.
